WHAT ARE YOUR UK DELIVERY OPTIONS?

We currently offer two delivery options for UK orders:

Standard Delivery – Delivered within 2 to 4 business days for a fee of £2.99 GBP.
Next Day Delivery – Delivered on the next business day for a fee of £7.95 GBP.

✨ Free UK delivery on orders over £50.00 GBP.

Please note: delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location and circumstances beyond our control. Once your parcel has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

We ship worldwide using FedEx International Connect Plus® and FedEx International Priority®, depending on the option you select.

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?

Delivery times vary depending on your location and chosen shipping method. Please refer to the guide above.

All customers will receive a tracking link via email once their order has been dispatched.

Note: We do not process or ship orders on weekends or bank holidays. Orders placed after 10:00 AM on Friday will be shipped the following Monday.

WHAT SHIPPING CARRIERS DO YOU USE?

We ship with Evri, DPD, and FedEx.

WILL I BE CHARGED AT CUSTOMS?

Core Range Lab ships DAP (Delivered at Place). This means customers are responsible for paying any customs duties, import fees, or local taxes that may apply upon delivery.

RETURNS

HOW DO I RETURN MY ORDER?

If you wish to return your order, please send your item(s) back to us at:

Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

We cannot accept returns if the product has been used or if the seal is broken.

All items must be returned in the same condition in which you received them.

Once received, we aim to process returns within 7 working days (this may take longer during busy periods).

CAN I RETURN SALE ITEMS, SWIMWEAR, OR UNDERWEAR?

Sale items can be returned if in their original condition with tags attached.

HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO RETURN A PRODUCT?

You have 14 working days from delivery to return your item(s).

HAVE YOU RECEIVED MY RETURN?

If your tracking confirms delivery to us, rest assured we will process your return within 7 working days.
