Shipping and Delivery Policy

This policy explains the delivery options, estimated timeframes and shipping charges available when ordering from Core Range Lab.

UK Delivery Options

We currently offer the following services for UK orders:

Standard Delivery – £3.99

Estimated delivery within 2–4 working days following dispatch.

Next Day Delivery – £7.95

Estimated delivery on the next working day following dispatch.

Next Day Delivery is available for eligible orders and delivery addresses. Availability will be confirmed during checkout.

Free UK Delivery

Free standard UK delivery is available on qualifying orders over £50.

The available delivery service and final shipping charge will be displayed during checkout.

Order Processing

Orders are processed and dispatched Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.

Orders placed after 10:00 AM on Friday, during weekends or on bank holidays will begin processing on the next working day.

Delivery estimates begin once an order has been dispatched and do not include processing time.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

UK Delivery Information

Delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. Delays may occasionally occur because of courier disruption, severe weather, public holidays, unusually busy periods or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Next Day Delivery means the next working day following dispatch. Orders dispatched on Friday will normally arrive on Monday unless Saturday delivery is specifically available and selected.

Some delivery services may not be available to certain postcodes or remote locations. The options displayed during checkout will apply to your delivery address.

International Delivery Options

We ship worldwide using FedEx International Connect Plus® and FedEx International Priority®, depending on the destination and delivery option selected.

Standard Delivery: £50 – approximately 3–17 working days
Express Delivery: £60 – approximately 1–3 working days
Free standard delivery on qualifying orders over £200

Canada

Standard Delivery: £26 – approximately 3–17 working days
Express Delivery: £42 – approximately 1–3 working days
Free standard delivery on qualifying orders over £200

Italy

Standard Delivery: £14 – approximately 2–11 working days
Express Delivery: £42 – approximately 1–3 working days
Free standard delivery on qualifying orders over £200

European Union

Standard Delivery: £14 – approximately 3–17 working days
Express Delivery: £45 – approximately 1–3 working days
Free standard delivery on qualifying orders over £200

Egypt and Kenya

Standard Delivery: £26 – approximately 3–17 working days

Rest of Asia

Standard Delivery: £27 – approximately 10–60 working days
Express Delivery: £50 – approximately 1–3 working days

International Delivery Times

International delivery times are estimates and begin once the order has been dispatched.

Customs inspections, local authorities and destination-country courier networks may cause delays outside our control. Customs clearance time is not included within the estimated delivery timeframe.

You will receive a tracking link by email after your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Carriers

Depending on the destination, parcel size and selected service, we use:

• Evri

• DPD

• FedEx

We may select an alternative trusted courier when reasonably necessary to complete your delivery.

Customs Duties and Import Charges

International orders are shipped DAP—Delivered at Place—unless expressly stated otherwise.

The recipient is responsible for paying any customs duties, import taxes, clearance fees or local charges applied by the destination country.

These charges are not included in the product price or delivery charge collected by Core Range Lab. We cannot predict or control the amount charged by local authorities.

Customers are responsible for checking whether the products ordered can legally be imported into their destination country.

If customs charges are refused and the parcel is returned to us, any customs, courier or return-to-sender costs incurred may be deducted from the refund where permitted by law.

Tracking Your Order

Tracking information will be emailed to the address entered during checkout.

Please allow up to 24 hours after receiving your dispatch confirmation for the courier’s tracking system to update.

If your tracking has not updated for several working days or the estimated delivery period has passed, contact corerangelab@gmail.com with your order number.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

Contact us immediately if you notice an error. We may be able to update the address if the order has not yet been fulfilled, but changes cannot be guaranteed once processing or dispatch has begun.

If an order is returned because the address was incorrect or incomplete, or because delivery was refused or not collected, additional delivery and return-to-sender charges may apply.

Parcels Marked as Delivered

If tracking shows that your parcel has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please:

• Check the delivery address on your order.

• Look around the property and any designated safe place.

• Ask members of your household or neighbours.

• Review any delivery photograph or courier notification.

If you still cannot locate the parcel, contact us at corerangelab@gmail.com so we can assist with a courier investigation.

Damaged Parcels or Missing Products

Please inspect your order after delivery.

If a parcel arrives damaged, or a product is damaged, leaking, missing or incorrectly supplied, contact corerangelab@gmail.com as soon as possible.

Please include your order number and clear photographs of the parcel, shipping label, packaging and affected products. Keep the packaging and products until your claim has been reviewed.

Returns and Refunds

Our return period is 30 calendar days from delivery, subject to the eligibility conditions in our Refund Policy.

Please do not send a return without first requesting return instructions.
